When filing a claim, you must provide correct information including • The last employer you worked for • Why you are not working • Last day of work • Employers that you worked for in the past 2 years • Any separation pay, including severance and vacation. Failing to provide correct information will cause a delay in your claim. Search and register for work: • You are required to contact three different employers each week and keep a record of your work search. • Register with the job service office in your state.
